Injection plunger unit of Hot chamber machine is all the time soaked into molten metal.
Hot chamber is used for casting low melting point metal such as zinc.
Aluminum or copper alloy is higher melting point compare with zinc. Casting aluminum by hot chamber machine may damage plunger parts. Cold chamber is suitable for aluminum or copper alloy casting.
Inclination of hot chamber machine
It is because that gate of mould bring closer to surface of molten metal of furnace.
Inclining the machine, the distance between mold and molten metal become short so that time of injection and casting become short a little.
